Winnie is a 4-month old Chow Chow puppy. She wasn't a rescue, but when they brought her home, they found something not quite right! She wasn't able to really look at them, and she was stumbling a lot.

A dog who had been missing from her Salem home for nearly seven weeks was recovered in Swampscott over the weekend.
