Chocolate Lab is located at 2504 East Colfax Avenue and will be open 4 to 10 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, noon to 10 p.m. on Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. on Sunday through February 19.

Chocolate Lab has been turning out handmade truffles and other confections for the past seven years and is now opening a chocolate-themed restaurant at 2504 East Colfax Avenue.
