POWERCHECK With a record number of power outages being reported across Ireland, ESB Networks Powercheck has been crashing for users throughout the morning.

OVER 20,000 ESB customers are currently without power across west Dublin. According to ESB’s PowerCheck, the fault was reported at 6.35pm this evening.

According to the ESB Network’s Powercheck resource, some 5,741 customers are impacted in Grange in north Dublin and 2,425 customers are affected in Balbrigan. .

According to the ESB's powercheck map, the places with the most power fault clusters include areas around Kilkenny, Meath, Clare, Longford, and Sligo.

The ESB have said that 25,000 homes and businesses who remain without power following Storm Éowyn may still be without power until this weekend.

In Dublin, 95 people are currently without power in Raheny on the north side, according to ESB's powercheck service, which contains real-time information on faults and repairs.

The ESB powercheck website estimates supply should be restored to all affected areas at around 12.30am tomorrow morning.

More than 3,000 ESB customers are without power in south Dublin city this evening.

According to ESB Powercheck, there are still a number of faults in parts of Dublin, Wexford, Waterford, Cork, Galway, Sligo, Kerry, Kilkenny and Mayo.
