TK Shot and TK Mash published a video of the murder of the deputy head of Stavropol Zaur Gurtsiev. The footage shows that before the explosion, a man approached him with a bag and a phone in his hand.

Zaur Gurtsiev, who died on the morning of May 29, and Nikita Penkov, who staged the explosion, were familiar, reports Mash.
