For the second time in as many days, the San Diego Police Department has dismantled an illegal gambling den in City Heights.

SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — The San Diego Police Department shut down an illegal gambling den in the Teralta East neighborhood last week, the second to be dismantled within two days.
