It's frustrating to see there are gold "guest favorites" that have an average of 4.93 or 4.95 but they maybe have 18 reviews - it feels very unfair when we have been so consistently highly rated and our aggregate review score is actually higher.

Oct 10, 2023 · Hi @Leigh625, adding to our Host @Lorna170's comments, I wanted to share Airbnb's Trademark Guidelines that state "You may NOT use the Airbnb logo, the Bélo logo or any Airbnb trademarks, logos, or icons unless you have formal written permission from the appropriate business or legal teams at Airbnb, Inc."

Aug 10, 2016 · I think the best would be to buy and provide the guests with one-off use slippers for every guest. If I would be able to offer slippers with AirBnB logo, I think that would be a great marketing strategy and it would be beneficial for all parties involved (AirBNB itself, host, guest). I believe it would be also a good souvenir for the guests.
