Feb 23, 2013 · After playing around today with Hector's classical voices and presets, I have discovered just how big this organ can sound. I plan to bring home a more powerful amp and some real organ speakers that will do justice to these huge sounds. Even with the limited sound system it's connected to now, it may actually sound better than the organ at church.

Jul 23, 2014 · When I bought my HX-1, which was my 2nd or third organ purchase, it came with a small Yamaha StagePass 300 PA system which used 8-inch woofers. Worked better than I would have expected and I still use that system to amplify my small Atelier even today.

In 1992 Yamaha came up with one of the most modern Electones ever - The EL series. large LCD-based control and entirely new rhythm section. This instrument had onboard MDR (MRD-10) and sounds just great for the 90's. an improved version of it for the new millennium - the ELX-1m (yes, 'm' - for Millennium...) it's the ELX-1.
